DCA’s Coronavirus Response
As we all cope with the daily changes surrounding the uncertainty of the global pandemic, we wanted to take a moment to assure our clients that our team is continuing to take action to ensure we’re able to provide the exemplary service that you are accustomed to receiving from DCA.
The safety and health of our team, our clients, and our community has always been of primary importance to us, and certainly never more than today. We truly value the relationships we have with our clients, many of whom have grown along with us for many, many years.
We know you count on us to be there for you and you have our commitment that we will continue to do so.
To protect you during this time, we have implemented process changes to ensure our staff is following CDC recommended guidelines to help prevent the spread of this virus. Likewise, we continue to take additional steps to safeguard our own offices with more enhanced cleaning measures and health-conscious practices.
Thanks to our robust technology infrastructure we’re able to transition our office team to remote work as needed without impacting our service levels or your ability to reach us.
Team members with roles that require presence in the office or in the field have been instructed to check their temperature regularly and stay home and get tested if they or anyone they come in contact with has experienced any symptoms of illness.
All field service technicians are provided with masks, hand sanitizer, and other PPE as recommended by the CDC.
All new equipment is sanitized prior to delivery and our delivery trucks are cleaned between deliveries.
We are actively monitoring the recommendations of local, state and federal government regarding business operating practices and will continue to do so throughout this process.
